EH-S6 Haba Soldering Lead-Free Solder Paste
EH-S6 is a lead-free, no-clean solder paste developed by our company for Haba soldering, hot air gun, and soldering iron processes. It is formulated with high-purity lead-free Sn96.5Ag3Cu0.5 (Type 6 powder, melting point 217°C) alloy solder powder and an ROLO grade flux vehicle. Applicable processes include dispensing, printing, and reflow. It can be used in fields such as 3C electronics, instrumentation, and automotive electronics. It exhibits good soldering activity on various components and pads, resulting in physically reliable solder joints and offering wide applicability.
